LAW
The most recent focus of Dr. Will is his Academic Law background. Completing his JD with a 3.2 GPA and participating in plenty of law events that include mock trial competitions as both an attorney and a presiding judge.
Certified Mediator
Competition Judge
Dr. Will holds a certificate for Mediation courses in the state of Texas, which include Family Law cases. He has experience mediating multiple Civil and Family cases.
Dr. Will worked with the LSU Mock Trial Team and Southern University's Honors College for the creation on the first Jury Mock Trial. He presided as Judge for the 4.5 hour collegiate event at the Baton Rouge 19th JDC Courthouse. Dr. Will was also a judge for the University of Houston Law Center Mediation Competition in 2023.
Mock Trial
Dr. Will competed in Trial Advocacy competitions throughout his law school education. He is well versed in the Federal and State rules of evidence which describe the appropriate exceptions to important objections from the likes of Hearsay rules.
CALI Excellence Award
Dr. Will holds a CALI Award for Torts 1. This means he had the highest grade of his class that was in matriculation during Fall 2021.
ENTREPRENEUR
Dr. Will's twelve years as a Real Estate Broker/Owner of a licensed Brokerage has given him plenty of practical experience in the field of Entrepreneurship. He can pair the academic theories to the pragmatic application in the business world. Students tend to pay closer attention when they hear practical examples to go along with their lecture.
Company Formation
Company Formation is a piece of knowledge that is not easily understood. From the differences between Corporations to Partnerships, and the benefits of LLC for Tax advantages. These are the items that Dr. Will enlightens on their benefits and liabilities.
eCommerce
eCommerce is the main way Dr. Will has operated his ventures. Any business model based on eCommerce can incorporate Academic and Pragmatic business knowledge depending on the business model.
eBusiness
Plenty of people confuse eCommerce with eBusiness. While eCommerce is the ability to handle revenue online, eBusiness is the entrepreneur’s ability to handle most business operations online rather than brick and mortar.

Accounting is considered the language of business. It applies the same to Startups. Dr. Will concentrates on using these same Accounting principles, while seeing how to take advantage of them through a Startup process.

The other focus of Dr. Will's teaching is that of today's dynamic Startup Digital Marketing. This is more than just concentrating on social media, but more of the analysis of big data on what currently is working in the market. His plan is to give a holistic idea to the students on how systematic marketing changes per the demand of the consumer.
SEO/Google AdWords
Website Design
SEO / Google Adwords is the main mode of digital marketing concentration of Dr. Will. While Social Media is the famous digital marketing medium, Dr. Will believes that this way is the most effective for most Startups.
Dr. Will encourages to think of digital behaviors and SEO tactics when designing a website. This two-prone system is the method that has proven results for his ventures.
Social Media
Social Media is an iceberg in concept for most people. As a Startup Entrepreneur, they must think of the factors that are hidden underneath the iceberg like digital analytics and conversion rates.
SWOT Analysis
Dr. Will uses the theory that are mostly enforced in Business School (MBA) that include SWOT Analysis. These are the concepts where they apply to Big Business as well as Startups.

Dr. Will's doctoral education is focused within the fields of Leadership and Management. Therefore, it is his goal to always focus the learning in making sure these students will be successful Managers and Directors of organizations. The correct blend of psychology, sociology and Industrial Organizational concepts will be used to create the best curriculums.

There are different concepts of Emotional Intelligence. The two most widely used (Abilities and Traits) can help Startup Entrepreneurs be effective in their organizations. Startups are rarely a one pony show, society is needed.
