Dr. Puente's nine years as a Real Estate Broker/Owner of a licensed Brokerage has given him plenty of practical experience in the field of Entrepreneurship. He can pair the academic theories to the pragmatic application in the business world. Students tend to pay closer attention when they hear practical examples to go along with their lecture. 

DIGITAL MARKETER

The other focus of Dr. Puente's teaching is that of today's dynamic Startup Digital Marketing. This is more than just concentrating on social media, but more of the analysis of big data on what currently is working in the market. His plan is to give a holistic idea to the students on how systematic marketing changes per the demand of the consumer.

REAL ESTATE BROKER

​Dr. Puente is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Texas, California, Georgia who tends to advise his clients directly, and throughout the transaction process. His background in Business Academics combines well with the Practical views of the Real Estate Market. 

LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

Dr. Puente's doctoral education is focused within the fields of Leadership and Management. Therefore, it is his goal to always focus the learning in making sure these students will be successful Managers and Directors of organizations. The correct blend of psychology, sociology and Industrial Organizational concepts will be used to create the best curriculums.

ONLINE LECTURER

Dr. Puente's favorite type of courses are the ones that are offered through an online medium. This is due to the fact that it takes very creative means to convey the lessons to the students. His online courses go beyond the typical assignment submissions. Interaction and adaptation of the material is important to create a better environment for retaining knowledge. Dr. Puente tends to use different applications that have proven to meet high student satisfaction while creating a high interest in the subject. This reflects deeply on the grades and the future value of the business student.
